Sorry, all the orders can not be changed after we get your confirmation by email or by phone. So please check your order carefully.

5. Can I cancel my order and change the dress after payment?

Before you place the order, you’d better make sure the size is right and the color is what you want. When you place the order, you should tell us right phone number and address (except P.O.Box or APO/FPO address).Please check your email in 12 hours after you place the order. We will contact you if there are any questions about your order. If you don’t confirm your order in 5 business days, we will make your order as you ordered or our professional knowledge. All orders cannot be cancelled after you promise to start the dress,s we will make the dress according to your own measurements after your payment. We cannot change the dress and refund under any conditions. So please confirm detailed info like dress item, color, size and other special requirements before your payment. Thanks for your understanding!

6. How to cancel my order?

If you do not pay for your order, then do not worry. If you have paid for your order, please contact us before we process your order we will cancel your order and give you full refund within one week.

7. Can you make the dress exactly according to the pictures I send?

Yes, We can do it for most ordinary designs. Please send us the pictures of the dresses you like by email, sometimes the fabrics of the dresses you enquired are difficult to find, or the special cut requirements beyond our ability. After our expert designers and dressmakers have reviewed the pictures, we will reply you as soon as possible to inform you of whether we can make it for you.

8. When can I get my dress after ordering?

We will send you an order confirmation email to you to re-confirm all your order details after getting your payment. It including order number, order style, color, size, shipping details and so on. After we get your confirmation email, we will start to make your dress, which will take about (10-12) business days,in busy season, it will be 20-25business days. When we ship your order, a email will be sent to you to tell your tracking number for you to track your order in person.

9. Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?

Yes, of course you can. We can offer you the best price to build our long term business relationships. For large volume order quotation, our Customer Manager wish to serve you, please email to this service@rs2shopping.com.

10. Do I need to pay for taxes and duties?

No, You don´t need to pay any charge taxes, we will bear the taxes and duties.

11. Who will take responsibility for product damage or loss during transit?

Please contact our customer services first. We will check this problem carefully and reply you within 24 hours. When you get your item, please check it before sign for it. If you find there are any damage, you can refuse to sign for it and contact that currier. You can also contact your local express company if the item is lost. They will compensate you. Of course we will help you to solve this matter without any hesitation.

13. How can I know how much my order will cost?

Just add items to your Shopping Bag and click Checkout. Your total costs will be calculated in your preferred currency. However, exchange rates are checked and adjusted multiple times during a 24-hour period. So if you leave your Shopping Bag and return later to complete your transaction, the total number may change if the rate of exchange has changed.

We can ship it to you if you want to see a swatch, but for the high shipping cost, so we recommend the following two ways to check out the dress color:

2. send us a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress.

16. How to store my dress?

Most places are fine but avoid dampness, sunlight and smoke.

We endeavor to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt but do our best to respond to emails within 12 hours.

18. What happens if there is a problem with the dress?

All our merchandise is inspected before we ship to you. However, when you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you.

Yes, all our business is done online and we do not operate any retail store.

30. Can I change the color of the gown or the accent of the gown? How much is the extra charge?
Yes. You can change the color of the gown. But we recommend you think it over before you make any change of the style or color. It might be different from your imagination, and your gown might be delayed due to the color change because we may do not have that color in stock and will make a special order for you. Please check our color chart and tell us the color number you select and make a special note on the measurement form when you order. In case there is extra charge, we will notify you.

31. Common suggestion:

Fuller arms: Off the shoulder straps or sheer fabric is a great wedding dress tip. In solid fabric, usually three-quarter or long sleeve works best to elongate the line of the arm. Sleeves should not be cut tight. Ever!

Fuller busted(Lager busted): If You Are Big Busted, you may wish to stay with elongated bodices and necklines that are V-or U shaped or high with a keyhole yoke. Avoid cinched waists, empire styles that come up high under the bust, and clingy fabrics that accentuate your fullness. Choose instead full, billowing skirts with lots of ornamentation, which will create a curvier lower body. Keep sleeves simple with a natural shoulder line, and avoid adornments on the bodice.
Narrow Shoulders: If You Have Narrow Shoulders, drape them with cape collars or capelets. Accentuate them with sleeves that gather at the top, necklines that are bare or widely curved, and shoulder pads built into the dress.

Broader shoulders: If You Have Broad Shoulders, look for dresses with smooth set in sleeves, low V necklines or high, covered necks. Avoid puffed or leg of-mutton sleeves, bare necklines, broad collars, haltered tops and shoulder pads.

Slender Midriff and Waist: If You Have a Very Slender Midriff and Waist, accentuate your features with a dress featuring a well defined midriff, a gathered or pleated skirt, and a natural or sashed waistline.

Thick Midriff and Waist: If You Have a Thick Midriff and Waist, We suggest you to choose the slimming effect of a lifted waistline and A-line skirt. Avoid tight waists, belts and cummerbunds, and shaped midriffs in contrasting colors.

Fuller waisted: Princess-line and drop waist wedding dresses are most flattering. Draw the eye up with stunning bridal and wedding accessories. Killer Diamonds will do the trick! Bridal shoes with height may assist.

for plus size: Slim A-line: A-line dresses are flattering to the pear shape figure because they highlight the top half of the body and camouflage the lower half. But make sure to keep the skirt on the smaller side as too much volume will add bulk.

Princess Cut: The Princess Cut: Princess Cut dresses have an A-line shape and no seam at the waist, which gives a long, uninterrupted appearance that is extremely flattering.
