Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept return if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size and color problems, and wrong shipping times.We have the right to refuse any unreasonable return requirement,such as mistake due to shipping company and any other situations beyond our control.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted you must follow these steps:
- You have 4 business days from the time your dress is delivered to the designated shipping address, to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the item. Please email us at: service@rs2shopping.com
- You must contact us before you return the dress and we will give you our mailing address for returning items. All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by within Three business days of receipt of order
- The returned dress must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you. Rush order fee is non-refundable.
- You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
- We must receive the item within 14 days after we send you our return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are your responsibility.And you need pay us restocking fee. If we do not receive your item within 14 days, no credit or exchange will be given.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us before you promise to process the order. We will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed. But if you want to cancel it after we processed it, there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time,if your dresses have been started, you can just get half refund.
